Senior HR Business Partner | London | Up to c£80,000 + benefits
We are supporting a fast-growing, people-focused business as they look to welcome a Senior HR Business Partner into their expanding People team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business going through an exciting period of growth and change. Reporting directly to the People Director, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda, helping the business grow while keeping its people and culture at the heart of its decisions.
We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture and is equally happy rolling their sleeves up. You'll bring sound judgement, build trusted relationships and feel comfortable challenging thinking when it matters.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with senior leaders across the UK to translate business priorities into clear, practical people plans
- Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching and challenging leaders on performance, team effectiveness and people decisions
- Leading complex employee relations matters, providing clear advice and working with the People Director on sensitive cases
- Driving organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives to support business growth
- Working with leaders to identify talent, strengthen succession plans and build leadership capability
- Using people data and insight to identify trends, anticipate challenges and recommend action
- Leading people projects that improve engagement, culture, wellbeing and the employee experience
- Championing the business's values and helping leaders put them into practice every day
About you
- CIPD Level 7 qualified, or equivalent experience
- A strong HR generalist with experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Confident taking ownership of complex ER, organisational change and competing priorities
- Able to influence, challenge constructively and build credibility across the business
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance business needs with a thoughtful, people-centred approach
- Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on delivery
- Passionate about developing leaders and building teams where people can do their best work
This would suit an experienced HR Business Partner ready for a broader remit, or an established Senior HR Business Partner looking for the opportunity to shape how a growing business supports and develops its people.
Salary up to c£80,000 + benefits.
