Affiliates Manager | Beauty | International Growth | Competitive Salary
We are partnering with a fast-growing UK beauty brand with a highly engaged global customer base to recruit an Affiliates Manager to drive the growth of its affiliate programme.
The Affiliates Manager will take ownership of the channel across Rakuten, managing publisher relationships, budgets, commercial opportunities and performance, with a particular focus on international expansion and the US market.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who understands affiliate marketing and knows how to build partnerships that deliver both revenue and new customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the affiliate programme through Rakuten, with accountability for commercial performance.
- Manage and develop existing publisher relationships while identifying and securing new partners.
- Own affiliate budgets, commissions, placements and commercial negotiations.
- Identify growth opportunities across content, editorial, loyalty, creator and community-led publishers.
- Support international expansion, particularly across the US affiliate market.
- Analyse performance by publisher, campaign and market, turning data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Produce regular reporting on revenue, ROI, publisher performance and channel growth.
- Explore new platforms, publishers and partnership opportunities to expand the channel.
- Work closely with wider Marketing, Ecommerce and International teams to support customer and revenue growth.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, publisher models and commercial partnerships.
- Experience with Rakuten or another major affiliate platform is highly desirable.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and negotiating partnerships.
- Confident analysing performance data and using insight to drive decisions.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience working across international markets would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of the US affiliate landscape would be a strong advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
