A brand new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising Assistant to join a fast-paced and commercially focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within merchandising, offering exposure across sales, stock, product and wider commercial activity.

You'll work closely with the wider merchandising team, providing day-to-day administrative and analytical support and helping to ensure the business has the right product available at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising team with day-to-day administrative and analytical tasks

• Maintain accurate product, sales, stock and pricing information

• Assist with purchase orders, stock movements and delivery tracking

• Monitor sales, stock and intake, highlighting any issues or discrepancies

• Produce regular sales, stock and trading reports

• Assist with critical path management and key deadlines

• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries

• Support preparation for trade and commercial meetings

• Assist with promotional, pricing and markdown activity

• Carry out ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making

• Help ensure stock is available in line with business requirements

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are kept up to date

About You

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management or equivalent experience)

• Previous experience in a retail, merchandising, buying, or supply chain environment is preferred (including placements/internships)

• Commercially curious with an interest in retail and merchandising

• Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confident communicator with good relationship-building skills

• Proactive, positive and keen to learn
