Location: Enfield / North London
Salary: £47,000 + guaranteed £2,000 quarterly bonus + £6,000 car allowance
Progression: Basic salary increases by circa £10,000 once appointed to your own permanent areaAre you an experienced multi-site retail manager looking for your next opportunity with a growing international business?
We're recruiting for an Area Manager to join an established organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe.
This role will initially involve supporting a number of locations across the wider UK store network, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, its people and operating model before moving into responsibility for your own permanent geographical area.
Due to the location of the stores, candidates should ideally be based in or around Enfield, North London or the surrounding Hertfordshire area.
The Role
You'll work closely with Store Managers and regional leadership to drive performance across multiple locations, with responsibility for:
- Leading and supporting multiple store teams
- Driving sales, customer service and operational performance
- Coaching and developing Store Managers
- Reviewing KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Maintaining strong operational and compliance standards
- Supporting recruitment, succession planning and talent development
- Improving commercial performance and profitability
- Providing leadership and stability across different locations when required
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous multi-site management experience - essential
- Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, self-storage or another customer-focused multi-site environment
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Experience managing sales and operational KPIs
- Good commercial awareness
- A hands-on and visible leadership style
- Flexibility to travel across a regional store network
- A full UK driving licence
Package
- £47,000 basic salary
- Guaranteed £2,000 bonus per quarter
