Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a popular, fast-growing and on-trend high street retailer as they open a brand-new store in Belfast.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to play a key role in the launch and success of a new store. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop a large team, drive sales and KPIs, and create an exceptional customer experience from day one.Store Manager Benefits:- Salary up to £36,000, depending on experience

Store Manager Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead by example, driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience
- Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Set clear expectations and maintain consistently high operational and visual standards
- Manage budgets, control costs and analyse commercial data to identify opportunities
- Complete and contribute to weekly reporting and performance reviews
- Oversee HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and employee development
- Drive stock management and availability, ensuring strong operational standards
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with the brand
- Work collaboratively with the wider management team, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement
