Salary: £13,800 + bonus potential
Working pattern: 2 days one week / 3 days the following week
No weekends | No evening shifts

One of the biggest benefits of this opportunity is the working pattern. You'll work 2 days one week and 3 days the following week, with the Cardiff store currently closed at weekends and no late evening shifts.

The Role

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining high operational standards.

This is a hands-on customer-facing role where you'll manage enquiries, convert opportunities into sales and help ensure the store runs smoothly.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager and wider team while also being comfortable taking responsibility for the store when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
• Manage customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online.
• Convert enquiries into sales and work towards individual and store KPIs.
• Support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Maintain high operational and brand standards.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with administration, customer accounts and general store operations.
• Take responsibility for the store when required.
• Help create a positive, professional and customer-focused environment.

About You

• Confident, positive and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Experience within retail, sales, hospitality, leisure or another customer-focused environment.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility when required.
• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Looking for a part-time role offering responsibility, variety and an excellent work-life balance.
