What you'll be doing as Store Manager:
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive environment centred on customer service and achieving results.
- Take ownership of overall commercial performance by driving sales, productivity and key performance indicators.
- Deliver an exceptional personalised customer experience, ensuring every interaction is engaging, memorable and professional.
