Location - Manchester
Zachary Daniels are partnered with a fast-growing founder-led premium womenswear brand with a strong presence in the UK and an increasingly global customer base.
The Role:
This is a genuine build-from-scratch affiliate marketing opportunity. As Senior Affiliate Executive, you will launch, manage and grow the affiliate programme through Awin, creating the strategy, commercial model, partner network and reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and launch the affiliate programme on Awin, including tracking, Shopify integration, commission structure, cookie windows and programme terms.
Own the day-to-day management of the affiliate programme through Awin, including publisher approvals, commission validation, tracking links, promotional information, creative assets and compliance.
Work closely with Awin to maximise the value of the platform, its publisher network and available growth opportunities.
Develop tailored activation plans for priority partners around product launches, collections, collaborations, seasonal campaigns and exclusive offers.
Influencer and creator affiliates: recruit creators to the programme, manage commission-based and hybrid partnerships, and use creator content to drive authentic customer acquisition.
Cashback and loyalty platforms: secure relevant placements and negotiate commercial rates that drive incremental volume while protecting margin.
Own the affiliate budget across commissions, tenancy placements, publisher fees and tactical investment.
Assess partnership opportunities based on expected return, incrementality, new-customer acquisition, customer quality and wider business priorities.
Work closely with the Social and Influencer teams to align creator affiliate activity with wider influencer campaigns, avoid duplication and ensure creators are recruited, briefed and rewarded consistently across channels.
Report on revenue, spend, ROI, cost of sale, AOV, new-customer acquisition and publisher performance.
About You:
Proven experience managing an affiliate marketing programme, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or DTC ecommerce.
Strong working knowledge of Awin is essential. Experience with other leading affiliate networks such as Rakuten, Impact or Partnerize would be beneficial.
Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including influencer and creator affiliates, cashback and loyalty, voucher and deal sites, content and editorial, comparison and technology partners.
Demonstrable experience managing budgets and making commercially informed investment decisions.
Why Apply:
Build something from scratch: You won't be inheriting an established programme. You'll have the opportunity to create the affiliate strategy, partner network, commercial model and reporting framework from day one.
Real ownership and autonomy: As the sole affiliate specialist, you'll have genuine responsibility for the channel and direct exposure to the Commercial Director.
Make a measurable commercial impact: Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, revenue, ROI and the wider growth strategy of the business.
Work across the full affiliate ecosystem: From influencer and creator affiliates to cashback, loyalty, content, editorial, voucher and technology partners, you'll have the opportunity to build a genuinely diverse programme.
