The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in clienteling, relationship building and developing high-value client portfolios, alongside the leadership skills required to inspire a high-performing team.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the boutique's performance, client experience and team development. You will lead from the front, setting exceptionally high standards across every aspect of the customer journey while driving commercial results.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing luxury retail team.
Driving sales performance and achieving ambitious commercial targets.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
Championing a strong clienteling culture, ensuring the team proactively develops and manages client books.
Creating personalised and memorable experiences for every customer.
Using CRM and client data effectively to identify opportunities and drive repeat business.
Managing boutique operations to the highest luxury retail standards.
Representing the brand with confidence, professionalism and genuine passion.
Supporting and developing the team through regular coaching, feedback and performance management.
About You
We are looking for an established luxury retail manager who combines commercial excellence with a genuine passion for client experience.
You will ideally have:
A strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrable expertise in clienteling and VIP relationship management.
Experience developing a strong client book and encouraging a team to do the same.
Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach.
A polished, confident and highly professional presence.
A genuine passion for luxury, service and building lasting client relationships.
