- Luxury Sales Consultant | Belfast | Competitive Salary + Bonus & BenefitsAre you an experienced retail sales professional who enjoys delivering great customer service and building relationships with customers?We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join a well-established luxury jewellery and watches brand in Belfast.You don't need to have a background in jewellery or watches. We're also keen to hear from candidates with experience across premium fashion, beauty, fragrance, accessories or other customer-focused retail environments.If you're confident, personable and enjoy working towards sales targets while giving customers a great experience, this could be a great opportunity to develop your career within the luxury sector.The RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing a welcoming and personalised experience for every customer, while supporting the store in achieving its sales targets.Key responsibilities include:
Providing friendly and personalised customer service.
Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits.
Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Learning about the jewellery and watch collections to confidently advise customers.
Handling customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
Keeping the boutique looking welcoming and well presented.
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver a great customer experience.

You'll ideally have:Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
