Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or senior Supervisor with a genuine passion for cycling and a strong commercial mindset?
We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a premium cycling retailer in Wilmslow, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing a passionate team.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, footfall and KPIs.
Leading, motivating and developing the team.
Delivering an exceptional experience for every cycling customer.
Coaching team members to improve performance.
Supporting stock, merchandising and operational standards.
Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
About You
We're looking for a confident retail leader who is commercially aware, customer focused and genuinely passionate about cycling.
You'll ideally have:
Strong Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or senior Supervisor experience.
A proven track record of delivering against sales and retail KPIs.
Experience coaching and developing a team.
A genuine passion for cycling, bikes or the wider cycling industry.
Strong product knowledge and an understanding of the cycling customer.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ambition to progress your retail career.
