Store Manager Opportunity
Are you an experienced Store Manager, General Manager or senior retail leader with a genuine passion for cycling and a strong commercial mindset?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing flagship cycling store in Hampton Wick, with responsibility for driving sales, profitability, customer experience and team performance.
This is a substantial retail operation, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the numbers, leading from the front and creating a high-performing store environment.
What's On Offer
£45,000 - £50,000 salary, depending on experience.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's commercial and operational performance.
You'll be responsible for:
Driving sales, footfall and commercial performance.
Managing the P&L, KPIs, margins and profitability.
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Managing performance and addressing underperformance when required.
Improving conversion, ATV and overall customer experience.
Maintaining high standards across stock, merchandising and operations.
About You
We're looking for a confident retail leader who enjoys being accountable for results and understands what drives a successful store.
You'll ideally have:
Strong Store Manager or senior retail management experience.
A proven track record of delivering against sales and commercial KPIs.
Experience managing P&L, budgets and profitability.
Strong people leadership and performance management experience.
A genuine passion for cycling, bikes or the wider cycling industry.
The ability to analyse performance and turn numbers into clear actions.
A hands-on, commercially focused approach to leadership.
You don't need to be a cycling expert, but you do need to have a genuine interest in the bike space and understand what makes the cycling customer tick.
