Position: Supervisor
Location: Croydon, supporting 3 additional stores locally
Salary: £27,600 + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year
Hours: Full-time - no evenings - rotational weekends
Driving licence: Preferred but not essential

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example and help ensure customers receive an excellent experience every day.

You'll be primarily based in Croydon, while occasionally supporting three other stores in the surrounding area. Travel will be shared across the team wherever possible.

A full UK driving licence would be preferred, although it isn't essential thanks to good public transport links between the locations.

If you're required to work away from your base store for more than six hours, lunch expenses can also be claimed.

Working pattern: Full-time, working across Monday to Sunday. Stores operate between 9am and 6pm, with reduced weekend opening hours and no late evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
• Support the day-to-day running of the Croydon store.
• Achieve individual and store sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure company and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Support customer enquiries and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
• Follow all health & safety and operational procedures.
• Support three additional local stores when required.
• Take ownership during quieter periods and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Enthusiastic, personable and passionate about delivering great service.
• Experienced within retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another customer-focused environment.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working towards sales and service targets.
• Confident working independently and taking responsibility.
• Proactive and keen to develop their career.
• Comfortable occasionally supporting other stores around Croydon.
• Ideally able to drive, although this is not essential.
