Are you an experienced Store Manager with a passion for beauty, customer experience and developing high-performing teams?
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established and growing beauty retailer in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager to take ownership of a busy store, lead a passionate team and drive commercial performance.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance and a positive team culture.

What you'll be doing:
Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, conversion, ATV and UPT.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
Recruit, onboard and develop team members.
Manage rotas, payroll, holidays and day-to-day people management.
Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand standards.
Monitor stock levels, deliveries, replenishment and stock loss.
Analyse commercial performance and implement action plans to maximise sales.
Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are consistently followed.
Create an engaging and inclusive store environment where the team can thrive.
What we're looking for:
Previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, premium, luxury retail or a customer-focused environment.
A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
A genuine passion for beauty and delivering outstanding customer service.
Confident working with sales figures, KPIs and performance data.
Highly organised, proactive and hands-on in your management approach.
Someone who can inspire a team while maintaining high standards.
