Are you an experienced Business Manager with a passion for luxury beauty, customer experience and commercial performance?
We are recruiting for a Business Manager to join a prestigious luxury beauty retailer in the heart of Dublin. You'll take ownership of the business, leading a high-performing team while driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer service.
Business Manager Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Manage recruitment, training and succession planning.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee payroll, stock, costs and operational standards.
Build strong customer relationships and maximise clienteling opportunities.
Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives.
About You
Proven management experience within luxury, premium beauty, fashion or high-end retail.
Strong commercial and financial awareness.
Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
Passionate about luxury and delivering exceptional service.
Confident managing KPIs, budgets and performance.
Commercially driven, proactive and highly organised.
