We are currently recruiting for an exciting Assistant Manager opportunity with a premium customer service-led retailer in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-established business where customer experience, team development and commercial performance are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

• Drive sales and commercial performance through strong KPI management.

• Create a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.

• Coach team members to improve performance and develop their skills.

• Support with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.

• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards.

• Assist with stock management, loss prevention and operational processes.

• Deputise for the Store Manager when required.
