Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service goals.
Manage store operations efficiently, including stock, rotas and merchandising.
Maintain the highest standards of compliance, health & safety and store presentation.
Analyse sales data, monitor trends and respond quickly to market opportunities.
Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and commercial targets.
What We're Looking For:Experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or General Manager
Strong people leadership skills and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
