Area Kiosk Manager required for a fast-growing beauty retailer!

Are you a passionate retail leader with a genuine love and interest for beauty? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and expanding business as an Area Kiosk Manager.

As an Area Kiosk Manager, you'll oversee up to four beauty kiosks, ensuring every location delivers outstanding service, achieves sales targets and operates to the highest standards. You'll be an inspirational leader, coaching and developing your teams while taking ownership of recruitment, performance and operational excellence.

The Role:

• Lead, coach and develop high performing teams across multiple kiosk locations.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and succession planning to build strong talent pipelines.

• Oversee payroll, rotas and labour costs to maximise productivity.

• Take ownership of stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.

• Drive sales performance by analysing KPIs and implementing commercial action plans.

• Deliver an exceptional customer journey while maintaining premium brand standards.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures and Health & Safety.

About You:

• Previous retail management experience

• A genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics or premium retail.

• Experienced in payroll management, scheduling and labour planning.

• Excellent stock management and inventory control experience.

• A confident leader who can inspire, motivate and coach teams to success.

• Commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering KPIs, sales growth and operational excellence.
