Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit an ambitious and commercially focused Supervisor for a high-profile Central London store.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to energise a team, elevate the customer experience and turn commercial opportunities into results.

The opportunity:

• Lead, support and motivate the team throughout the trading day

• Drive sales, conversion and overall store performance

• Coach colleagues on service, product knowledge and selling techniques

• Monitor KPIs and respond confidently to trading opportunities

• Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards

• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management

• Create a positive, engaging and performance-focused environment

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous Supervisor or senior-level fashion retail experience

• Can demonstrate success in driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Is confident leading shifts, coaching colleagues and giving feedback

• Leads from the shop floor with energy and commercial awareness

• Remains calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

• Is passionate about fashion, people and delivering excellent service

The package:

• £32,000 basic salary
