What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation, and housekeeping.

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and create memorable customer experiences.

• Support with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store goals.

• Help drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and identifying opportunities to maximise results.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.

• Support the management team with opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks.

• Ensure company policies and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Advisor role within premium, design-led, or lifestyle retail.

• A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.

• Commercial awareness with a passion for driving sales and delivering results.

• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• An interest in interiors or homewares would be an advantage.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and during busy trading periods.
