The Role:
As Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce (rest of world), you'll be responsible for leading the commercial performance of the International online business, owning the digital trading strategy across ecommerce, social commerce, CRM and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the commercial performance and P&L of the international ecommerce business.
Lead the digital trading strategy across ecommerce and social commerce channels.
Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data-led decision making.
Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
Optimise onsite performance, merchandising and customer experience for the international customer.
Lead social commerce initiatives, creator partnerships and digital campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise commercial performance.
Champion innovation across ecommerce technology, AI and emerging digital platforms.
Lead and develop a high-performing digital team while influencing wider commercial strategy.
About You:
Senior leadership experience across ecommerce, digital trading or social commerce.
Ownership of commercial performance, online trading and digital growth.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
Experience optimising ecommerce performance through data and customer insight.
Knowledge of paid media, social commerce and digital marketing.
Strong commercial and analytical capability with P&L responsibility.
Experience managing agencies, creators and strategic partners.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple functions.
