Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for store sales, profitability, and KPI delivery
• Lead, inspire, and develop a large in-store team including managers and supervisors

• Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent within the store

About You

• Experience within fashion management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills
