We're recruiting an Area Manager for one of the world's most recognised consumer brands, renowned for developing future senior leaders. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Area Manager or a graduate who has completed a structured leadership programme and is ready for their first or second multi-site role.
You'll lead a portfolio of sites, coaching and developing managers, driving commercial performance, using data to improve results, and creating high-performing teams in a fast- paced customer environment.
We're looking for:
- Multi-site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a proven leadership development background
- A passion for coaching and developing people
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
