The Role: Store Manager
As Store Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the performance and day to day operation of the store. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, drive commercial success, and maintain the highest standards across every area of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing future retail leaders
- Managing stock control, compliance, audits, and health and safety
- Creating a positive, high performing store culture where colleagues can thrive
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Store Manager, or is a strong Assistant Manager ready to take the next step
- Has a background in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or big box retail
- Can coach, develop, and motivate high performing teams
- Understands retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Is organised, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
