This is a role for an experienced Store Manager who thrives on inspiring high-performing teams, elevating client experiences, and creating a culture where excellence becomes the standard. As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of every aspect of the boutique, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional client experience that reflects the standards of a globally recognised luxury house. You'll lead from the front, champion a world-class clienteling culture, and ensure every member of the team builds meaningful, long-term relationships with clients that drive loyalty and repeat business.

The Store Manager will also be a confident ambassador for the business, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while collaborating effectively with retail leadership and partner teams to deliver an outstanding boutique operation.

We're looking for a Store Manager who brings:

• Proven success leading a luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery or premium retail boutique.

• A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

• Exceptional clienteling expertise, with a proven ability to build, retain and grow a high-value client base.

• Experience managing senior stakeholders and building collaborative relationships across multiple functions.

• Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of delivering exceptional results.

• A client-first mindset, outstanding communication skills and an uncompromising approach to luxury service.

• Gravitas, resilience and the ability to inspire confidence through authentic leadership.
