We're partnering exclusively with a globally recognised business to appoint an exceptional Product Director. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping product strategy, leading high-performing teams and driving performance across the entire product function.

We're looking for an authentic leader who can inspire, influence and challenge when required, someone who leads with clarity, builds strong relationships and creates a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Whilst this is a strategic position, you'll have an in-depth understanding of every stage of the product lifecycle, from product development and sourcing through to manufacturing, supply chain, supplier management and commercial delivery. You may no longer be hands-on day-to-day, but you'll know exactly what good looks like and how to build teams capable of delivering it.
