We are recruiting an ambitious and hands on Store Manager to lead a brand-new lifestyle retail store opening in Belfast. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the retail store, oversee the new store opening process, and create a high performing retail team that delivers outstanding customer service and strong commercial results.

Store Manager responsibilities:

• Lead the full new store opening process, including recruitment, training and launch preparation

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the retail store

• Build, motivate and develop a high performing retail team

• Lead from the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service

• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across all areas of retail

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in line with brand guidelines

• Manage stock, compliance and all retail operational processes

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver launch plans and ongoing growth strategies

About you

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within retail, ideally fashion or lifestyle

• Experience supporting new store openings or store refits is highly desirable

• Strong people management and coaching skills

• Commercially focused with a passion for driving retail sales

• Hands on, organised and proactive Store Manager

• Confident operating in a high footfall retail environment
