We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a busy retail store in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager looking to take the next step into a leadership role.

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service, strong commercial results and a positive team culture. You'll be a hands on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing people and driving standards every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of the store's commercial performance and day to day operations

• Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity

• Driving sales, productivity and operational excellence

• Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive store culture

• Maintaining high visual merchandising and operational standards

• Managing stock, rotas and store administration

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment

• Strong Assistant Managers looking for a step up will also be considered

• A passionate people leader with a track record of developing teams

• Commercially aware with the ability to drive sales and performance

• Hands on, energetic and customer focused

• Strong organisational and communication skills
