Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager
Support the Store Manager to:- Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
- Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
- Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
- Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:- Experience as a Deputy Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving commercial success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
