• Previous experience within fashion, outdoor or customer focused retail

• A genuine passion for the outdoors and active lifestyles

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A positive and enthusiastic approach

• Confidence engaging with customers and building relationships

• A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences

• Build product knowledge and confidently recommend products to customers

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and store operations

• Ensure the store remains welcoming, organised and customer focused at all times
