Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence are consistently delivered.

As Deputy Manager, you will:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team within a luxury retail environment.

• Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service, clienteling, and commercial focus.

• Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer experience.

• Coach and develop team members, creating a positive and results-driven culture.

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and act as Store Manager in their absence.

You'll bring:

• Previous management experience within luxury, premium, or fashion retail.

• A proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong leadership and people development skills.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
