We are recruiting for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy fashion retail store in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a current Store Manager looking for a new challenge.
We are looking for a retail leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a strong eye for visual merchandising, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and support the team on the shop floor.

Store Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver strong sales and exceptional customer service
- Drive high visual merchandising standards across the store
- Manage all aspects of retail operations including stock control, staffing, and compliance
- Create a positive and energetic culture on the shop floor
- Analyse KPIs and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Support the team hands-on during busy trading periods
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader within fast paced retail
- Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and retail performance
- Passionate about visual standards and customer experience
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- An Assistant Manager ready for the next step or a Store Manager looking for a new challenge
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy retail environment
