The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Merchandiser to join Montirex, a fast-growing fashion and performance-wear brand experiencing exceptional growth across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
Working within a close-knit merchandising team, you'll gain exposure across the wider business whilst playing a key role in supporting trading performance, stock management, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate intake and delivery schedules aligned to business targets
- Deliver weekly trading analysis across key KPIs including stock, sales, profit, and markdown performance
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Conduct detailed ad-hoc analysis to support wider business objectives
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with buying and delivery schedules
- Own and manage the critical path, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders remain informed
- Manage wholesale availability, bookings, and deliveries
- Oversee monthly rebuys and stock availability to maximise trading opportunities
- Liaise closely with suppliers and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues efficiently
- Work collaboratively with Buying, eCommerce, Warehouse, and wider business teams to deliver key objectives
- Support the business in identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvements
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience within fashion retail merchandising
- Currently operating at Assistant Merchandiser level, or a strong MAA ready to step up
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
- Comfortable making recommendations and backing calculated risks
- Passion for product, customer experience, and market trends
- Energetic, ambitious, and motivated by working within a scaling business
