This is an opportunity for a Head of Brand Marketing to blend storytelling with performance, building a brand that not only looks great but delivers real growth.Key Responsibilities:- Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent voice across all channels
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, content, and offline)
- Translate commercial objectives into impactful brand activity that drives awareness and revenue
- Work closely with performance, eCommerce, and creative teams to ensure brand and growth are fully aligned
- Oversee content direction, creative output, and brand storytelling across all platforms
- Build and nurture partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments that elevate brand presence
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing brand and creative team
- Use data and insight to continuously refine brand positioning and campaign effectiveness
About You:- Proven experience operating as a Head of Brand Marketing or in a senior brand leadership role within a high-growth fashion business
- Strong track record of building and scaling brands in a digital-first environment
- Deep understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together
- Commercially minded-able to connect brand activity to tangible business outcomes
- Experience leading creative teams and working closely with content, social, and design functions
- Strong instinct for culture, storytelling, and what resonates with modern audiences
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at leadership level
- Hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution
