What We're Looking For:- Retail Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior retail leadership role, ideally as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up.
- A Passion for Customer Experience: You understand that gifting is personal, emotional, and all about the details.
- Commercial Mindset: Confidence in managing performance, analysing trends, and identifying opportunities.
