Key Responsibilities as our Assistant Manager:
- Champion Customer Service: Lead by example to deliver outstanding service and create memorable shopping experiences centred around thoughtful gifting.
- Drive Sales & Performance: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maximising opportunities, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

- Visual Merchandising & Standards: Ensure the store is beautifully presented, showcasing products in an inspiring and commercially effective way.
- Stock & Operational Excellence: Oversee stock control, deliveries, and compliance with brand standards and Health & Safety.
- Achieve KPIs: Support in delivering and exceeding key performance indicators and store objectives.
