A leading retail business is seeking a Webstore Duty Manager to support its growing E-Commerce fulfilment operation. The business operates both online and through a large network of retail stores, working with a wide range of international suppliers.
About the Role
The organisation relies on highly efficient distribution and fulfilment operations to deliver an excellent customer experience. This role will support the management of the E-Commerce fulfilment function, ensuring operational efficiency, strong team performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Webstore General Manager
Ensure the webstore operation runs efficiently with a strong customer-focused approach
Supervise, organise, direct, and support Webstore employees
Set, monitor, and manage operational goals and KPIs
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Train, develop, and manage team members to achieve short and long-term performance targets
Promote and maintain a professional and positive working environment for both temporary and permanent employees
Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Maintain compliance with legal and operational regulations
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse management or similar supervisory role
Experience within E-Commerce or warehouse operations desirable but not essential
Strong leadership, planning, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a customer-service mindset
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Knowledge of WMS and SAP systems advantageous
