We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a well established fashion retail brand in Exeter. This role is ideal for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up into full store responsibility within a high performing fashion retail environment.

Store Manager Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store, driving sales performance, leading your team, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas.

You will

• Take full accountability for store sales, KPIs, payroll, and controllable costs
• Lead, motivate and develop a high performing retail team
• Drive a strong customer experience culture across the store
• Coach and develop your team to maximise performance and progression
• Analyse daily and weekly trade to identify opportunities and react quickly
• Deliver commercial actions to improve conversion, ATV and overall sales
• Recruit, retain and develop the best talent for your store
• Ensure strong visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently delivered
• Manage stock integrity, compliance, and back of house operations
• Create a positive, high energy store environment that delivers results

What We Are Looking For

• We are looking for a strong Store Manager who can demonstrate
• Previous experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
• A proven track record of delivering strong KPI performance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams
• Commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales and profitability
• A hands on, proactive leadership style in a fast paced environment
• A passion for fashion retail and delivering great customer experience
