Salary: 6 figure basic salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Longer term Equity

Backed by a leading private equity investor, the company is entering an exciting new chapter focused on transformation, growth, and long-term value creation.

We are seeking a high-calibre CEO to lead the business through its next phase, building on current transformation initiatives and positioning the company for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall business strategy in partnership with the Board and investors
• Lead and develop a high-performing Senior Leadership Team (HR, Finance UK & Ireland, Sales, Operations)
• Drive operational excellence across multiple sites, including completion of consolidation initiatives
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement through strong commercial leadership
• Lead pricing strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement
• Ensure robust financial performance, cash management, and governance
• Oversee completion of refinancing activities and maintain strong investor relationships
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, including organic and potential M&A activity
• Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and leadership capability
• Prepare the business for a successful future exit event

Candidate Profile:

• Proven CEO (or Divisional MD/Managing Director ready to step up) within a private equity-backed or similarly performance-driven environment
• Strong background in manufacturing, industrials, or multi-site operations - experience within the packaging sector is highly desirable/preferred
• Track record of delivering growth, transformation, and value creation
• Highly commercial with deep understanding of pricing, margins, and market dynamics
• Financially sophisticated with strong grasp of funding structures and investor expectations
• Inspirational yet pragmatic leader, capable of driving change and engagement
• Willing and able to be regularly present in the Milton Keynes area and across sites
