The role

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the Chelmsford store. You will lead from the front, driving both team performance and customer experience while delivering strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team
• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
• Managing all store operations including stock, VM and payroll
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Delivering exceptional customer experience standards every day
• Creating a positive and engaging store environment

About you

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Retail Manager within fashion or premium retail
• Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results
• A hands on leader who thrives on the shop floor
• Strong communication and people development skills
• Passionate about retail, service and team culture
