We're partnering with a globally premium fragrance house to appoint a Fragrance Consultant within a flagship Central London department store.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident Fragrance Consultant who loves client interaction, thrives in a high energy luxury retail environment, and is passionate about delivering memorable, personalised experiences through scent.

The Role

As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, bringing fragrance storytelling to life and creating meaningful connections with every customer.

You will

• Deliver an elevated, tailored service that feels personal and engaging
• Confidently introduce clients to fragrance profiles and layering combinations
• Build strong relationships that drive loyalty and repeat engagement
• Support the achievement of daily and weekly sales goals through proactive selling
• Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and consistency
• Continue building your expertise as a Fragrance Consultant through structured learning and product immersion

In Store Impact

• Maintain excellent product presentation and counter standards
• Support stock movement, replenishment, and tester presentation
• Contribute to events, launches, and client-facing activations
• Actively engage customers and create footfall through confident interaction

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or premium retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A natural ability to engage and build rapport quickly
• Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for selling
• Energetic, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility across weekends and peak trading periods
