Store Manager Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including sales, people, and operations.

You will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and improve the customer experience
• Analyse sales performance and retail data to identify opportunities for growth
• Implement actions to increase footfall, conversion, and average transaction value
• Manage all store operations, including stock, compliance, and back of house processes
• Ensure consistent delivery of company standards and operational procedures
• Work closely with marketing teams to support local store initiatives
• Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain a strong commercial focus to maximise profitability

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proven Store Manager / Retail Manager who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
• A strong track record of delivering sales targets and KPI performance
