- Ensure all work meets strict quality control, accuracy, and performance benchmarks
- Manage aftersales servicing with a meticulous and client-focused approach
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients where required
- Maintain detailed service documentation in line with brand and warranty requirements
About You:- Fully Rolex-accredited Watchmaker with up-to-date certification (essential)
- Proven experience within an authorised service centre or luxury retail environment
- Strong technical expertise across mechanical movements, fault diagnosis, and refinishing
- A genuine passion for horology and appreciation for heritage craftsmanship
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering best-in-class standards
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to engage a knowledgeable client base
