We're recruiting for an exceptional Assistant Manager to support the leadership of a high-performing concession within Harrods-one of the world's most prestigious luxury retail destinations.

The Opportunity

As Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and elevating the in-store experience. Leading from the front, you will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor-engaging with clients, supporting your team, and ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help oversee daily operations, champion sales performance, and uphold the brand's reputation within a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the leadership, coaching, and development of a high-performing team
• Drive concession performance, delivering against KPIs including UPT and ATV
• Deliver an elevated, personalised, and seamless client experience
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with luxury expectations
• Assist in managing rotas, staffing, and daily operations
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring excellence in every client interaction
• Foster a collaborative, polished, and high-performing team culture
