Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a great retailer who are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead their fantastic new store. As Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for your team and the performance of the store. You'll be expected to inspire, motivate and develop your colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve strong sales results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of their business.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading from the front by delivering a first-class customer journey.
- High standards when it comes to visual merchandising
- Driving store sales and ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
- Recruiting, coaching and developing a motivated and high-performing team.
- Taking ownership of stock management and product presentation.
- Using business data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
- Building lasting relationships with customers, including high-value clients.
- Recognising and rewarding great performance while managing underperformance.
- Working closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects.
