Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager:
- As the Store Manager you will be a true brand ambassador and lead the team by example.
- You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the brand.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
- Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Proven experience within retail at a Store Manager level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
