What you'll be doing:

• Leading from the front, delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Building, coaching and developing a high performing team
• Taking full ownership of sales, KPIs and store performance
• Creating a best in class store environment and visual standards
• Working closely with the workshop team to keep operations running smoothly
• Becoming a key part of the local cycling community

What we're looking for:

• A proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• A genuine passion for cycling and the lifestyle around it
• A hands on leader who leads by example
• Commercially aware with a track record of driving results
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
