Are you a Store Manager or Retail Manager ready for your next challenge in a fast paced, people focused sports retail environment?
We are recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a busy store within a growing sports retail brand in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step into their first Store Manager role.
If you have a passion for sport, and ideally an interest in cycling or an active lifestyle, this is a brilliant opportunity to combine that passion with your retail career.
As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store, lead from the front and drive both team performance and customer experience.

The Role:
- Lead the day to day running of the store as Store Manager
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Take full ownership of store operations, standards and results
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience within a sports retail environment
- Recruit, train and develop your retail team
- Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation
About You:
- Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
- Passion for sport, with an interest in cycling or active lifestyles
- Proven ability to drive sales and results in a retail environment
- A hands-on Store Manager who leads by example
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Organised, motivated and commercially aware
