Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with a growing UK business that is continuing to invest in its data capability, to recruit a Junior BI Developer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative data team where you'll play a key role in developing and improving reporting and analytics across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll help turn data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making and performance.

Role Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support key business metrics
- Enhance and optimise existing reporting solutions to improve usability and performance
- Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly
- Support the development of data products and contribute to improving data quality and consistency
- Produce clear documentation to support reporting and development processes
- Collaborate with wider data and technology teams to deliver effective data solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, and overall data capability
About You:
- Experience in a data, reporting, or analytics-focused role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Experience with BI tools, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Comfortable working with data sets and transforming data into meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eager to learn and develop within a data-driven environment
