Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 6:00pmWe are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading premium retailer in a fast-paced Gatwick Airport environment.

The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a large team to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and operational excellence
- Take full accountability for store standards, compliance and performance
- Manage high-volume trading across multiple product categories
- Develop and support leadership capability within your team
- Create a positive, people-focused culture
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Store Manager in a large-format environment or an Area/Regional Manager
- Proven ability to lead and develop large teams (50-60+ employees)
- Strong commercial awareness and operational capability
- A confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for people development and customer experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Package
- £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary
- Bonus up to 12%
